We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. All orders will ship within 1-3 days after payment is cleared.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the event of an error on our part, we will either: Issue a refund for the incorrect item or send the correct item free of charge. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If the package appears tampered with, we strongly recommend filing a report with your local post office or carrier, as this is considered mail theft. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for items stolen after the package has left our possession.
We take great care when packing every order. Unfortunately, once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are unable to control loss, theft, or tampering during transit or delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review all ingredient lists and ensure they are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredients prior to purchase. Because every individual’s skin is unique, we cannot guarantee how your skin will react to our products.
If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of your skin (such as the inside of your arm) and wait 24–48 hours to check for any reaction before applying it more broadly.

All of our products are carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, no two items are exactly alike. Variations in color, design, shape, and overall appearance are completely natural and part of the beauty of handmade products.
Please note that soap bars may differ slightly from product photos in terms of swirl patterns, color shades, or decorative details. The same applies to lotions and other skincare items, as natural ingredients can cause slight variations in color and texture from batch to batch.
These differences do not affect the quality, performance, or benefits of the product. Instead, they reflect the uniqueness and authenticity of our handmade process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. For example, if an item is mistakenly listed at $0.06 instead of $6.00 and an order is placed based on that pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If your order is affected by a pricing or listing error, we will notify you as soon as possible. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original method of payment.
